All products are sold with manufacturers’ warranty.
This warranty is guaranteed under Australian Federal Government Legislation, the Competition & Consumer Act 2010.
Shipping
All orders incur a flat rate $20 including GST shipping charge.
International Orders and Restrictions
We currently do not ship outside of Australia, and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Times and Options
In stock
Items will generally be shipped on the next business day following confirmation of payment. Any ordered items (excluding batteries) that fit in a 5 kg airbag or smaller will be shipped via air freight and delivered within 2 business days to metro areas. Please allow additional time for regional areas.
Any ordered items that exceed a 5 kg air bag will be shipped via road freight. Allow 3 – 7 business days for metro deliveries, and please allow additional time for regional areas.
Out of Stock
Lead times on out of stock items will vary. We will notify you within 2 business days on the expected delivery date.
Batteries
All orders that include batteries will be shipped via road freight.
