In 1995 TR Pty Ltd implemented a quality management system certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) meeting the ISO 9001 standard. The standard assures customers of an efficient and reliable management system, designed to ensure consistent levels of customer service.
A major goal of the company is to maintain a high level of flexibility and service in meeting customer needs which in the rental market are often urgent. At the same time the planning of the quality system has involved a complete review of TR Pty Ltd' calibration procedures and facilities. This has been a major task given the rental inventory size of nine hundred different instrument models and over 7000 assets.
TR Pty Ltd had it's foundations forty two years ago as a third party service company. The adoption of the ISO 9001 for our quality system is a logical step in continuing to meet our customers' needs for quality products both in the instrumentation and computer fields. Apart from product quality considerations we now have an excellent system for encouraging customer comments and developing additional services to meet their needs.
The company intends to implement ISO 9001 based systems in all it's overseas subsidiary offices.
